If you’re looking for truly delicious sandwiches in Charleston, I highly recommend this spot. I ended up here on a friend’s recommendation, who insisted these are the best sandwiches in West Ashley. I ordered the Philly sandwich — the portions are huge, they don’t skimp on the meat, and everything is cooked on the grill.
It’s best to eat here while the sandwich is hot to catch all the flavors and nuances. The prices are surprisingly reasonable — for Charleston, it’s rare to find this quality and size for the cost.
Highly recommend. These sandwiches made an impression, and I’ll definitely be back when I get the chance.

Gotta say, something of a throwback. Visited on a foggy night, and it was almost like looking at an Edward Hopper painting. Got an egg salad and bacon sandwich, which had to cost them nearly the $11 I paid for it in bacon alone, nevermind the rest of it. Very comfortable, comforting, and pleasant.

This was the first place I visited after I moved to Charleston and I love it since 🌞
The food is yummy every time and don’t get me started on the ice cream.. it’s the best 🤤 (combo: michigan pothole with jolted cow if you’d ask me) 🌷

By fluke we stopped in here for lunch on our way to Savanah. So glad we did! Delicious! HUGE portions! LOW prices - unbelievable really. HUGE slices of tomatoes on burger, HUGE burger, size of fries was enormous! The old fashion atmosphere was lovely. Highly recommend for inexpensive Delicious lunch - they had so many ice cream flavors that were not run of the mill! Service was top notch!
