BEWARE: my puppy was cut deep enough to require stitches and they continued grooming her while she was bleeding. She is understandably traumatized and a stitched up side was obviously not the look we were going for lol. Next time we will go to someone who takes their time and prioritizes the well being of animals over money.

The store is beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. My girlfriends and I spent the day in Charleston celebrating my Bach for my upcoming wedding. I obviously had to stop and get something for my dogs and they gave my puppy a pink martini cookie celebrate.

Super cute place to pick up specialty toys, accessories, and yummy fresh baked treats. Juniper gives the ice cream cone treats a 14/10. 😊

Groomer did not understand nor execute clear direction on grooming a golden retriever. When specifically stating that we didn’t want the golden retriever shaved we were assured that the groomer understood what was being asked. Once we picked up the dog we realized that he had been shaved down to look like a yellow lab. Additionally she did not attempt to fade in the tail or head that was left long. The entire coat is the same length where it was obvious that the groomer only used an electric trimmer. This is not even remotely close to any haircut a golden retriever would have. Absolutely unacceptable and would not recommend to anyone.

Nice store with wide variety. My dog enjoyed the treats, though the birthday cake was quite hard. The owner was nice and personable, I enjoyed hearing about his very speedy dog and seeing the wonderful pictures of her in action around the shop. The birthday hat I got here must be very comfortable, my dog barely noticed it and kept it on for a while.
