Great service! We just moved from a 1B apartment to a 2B townhouse rental. We had a great experience! Making a reservation was easy, fully online or through text/email and they were very responsive. Our movers, Alexis and Alex, were wonderful! They arrived on time, were very courteous and professional, and were gentle to our stuff. They even asked what’s fragile. They finished moving in the estimated 2 hours. Overall, great service for the price ($65/mover per hour, before taxes).
Our office was moving files from one storage unit to another so there was no need for a moving van and all of the expenses that come with it. Undergrads did an outstanding job. Christian and Andrew were prompt, polite and took excellent care with our move. Great price and great service.
On Wednesday, 28 August 2024 I reached out to Undergrads Moving to see about moving my daughter’s big furniture. It was short notice and they were able to schedule us for Friday. On the afternoon of 30 August 2024 Josh Schindler and Yosimar Flores showed up as scheduled and did an excellent job. Both guys were very pleasant and professional. They moved furniture from the third floor apartment to a second floor apartment. They handled those stairs like some champs. I appreciate the way they handled the furniture with care. They were even gracious enough to indulge my wife and I in conversation since they finished so quickly. I would definitely recommend Undergrads for your moves. Be advised they only provide the movers. You will need to supply the moving truck. Not a problem from my point of view.
My movers were Alexis and Solomon and they were great! They moved everything in a timely manner and packed the truck perfectly. They were polite and seem like smart students, who I’m happy to support. The price was fair compared to other moving companies and I’d definitely use them again in the future!
Kudos to Andrew, Jovany and Alec for the outstanding job that they did in moving me into my apartment! I was very impressed by their professional attitude, politeness and the care that they took in handling my items. I would definitely use Undergrads for my next move as they are very reasonably priced as well, and I highly recommend their services.
