Great service! We just moved from a 1B apartment to a 2B townhouse rental. We had a great experience!
Making a reservation was easy, fully online or through text/email and they were very responsive.
Our movers, Alexis and Alex, were wonderful! They arrived on time, were very courteous and professional, and were gentle to our stuff. They even asked what’s fragile. They finished moving in the estimated 2 hours.
Overall, great service for the price ($65/mover per hour, before taxes).

My movers were Alexis and Solomon and they were great! They moved everything in a timely manner and packed the truck perfectly. They were polite and seem like smart students, who I’m happy to support. The price was fair compared to other moving companies and I’d definitely use them again in the future!

Our office was moving files from one storage unit to another so there was no need for a moving van and all of the expenses that come with it. Undergrads did an outstanding job. Christian and Andrew were prompt, polite and took excellent care with our move. Great price and great service.

I am so glad I called this company to help us move! I put in a quote request on Sunday because after loading our U-Haul, I knew I did it want to unload it the next day. Brandon was quick to respond and said he would try to get help, but couldn’t promise anything. He called me back 30 minutes later saying he had two people available. Yay!
Alejandro and Jack came out early, worked super hard, and were two of the most respectful people! They had our U-Haul unloaded so fast and were very careful with everything. I cannot recommend this company and Alejandro and Jack highly enough. My mom and sister commented numerous times on how much they loved these kids.
If you’re on the fence about using this company to unload your U-Haul, do it. Hire them. They are amazing!

So let me start off by saying I went with Undergrads Moving based on the many glowing 5 star reviews. Those in office, in charge of scheduling, ect were great. However my move experience was not great, and ended with damaged items.
One of the two movers was almost 40 minutes late. Nobody called me to notify me. Only after I called Undergrads, after waiting for 30 minutes, was I told that he didn't realize the job was so far away and didn't leave with enough time.
As far as the two guys themselves, they were really nice guys — but they did not seem well trained or well adept at their jobs. I explained I needed things incredibly secure. I provided bungees, heavy rope, twine, as well as moving blankets. Yet, as they loaded things into the truck, I had to constantly check that things were in fact being secured. Of all the equipment I provided them, they only used some of the bungees for securing, and only after I would ask — after I noticed nothing was secured. Among items loaded into the truck was an antique family heirloom dining room table and chairs, and antique breakfront. I expressed the importance that these items be handled with much care and secured well. However, upon opening the truck, at arrival of move location the table had fallen over completely broken/splintered a leg. The chairs were all off the table, and the table top now has several small gashes and scratching, and the breakfront has a large gash on its top. Clearly these items were not properly secured and now my family heirlooms are ruined.
I am awaiting a response from Undergrads, and am hoping/trusting they will provide damages as stated in their Terms of Service. However, they do not cover based on value of item, it's based on the weight of items, and only up to $1000 — so I do not anticipate regaining the full value from them, of what's been ruined.
I will update this review, once that process has been handled, to see how they serve, in terms of customer service post damage. Hoping they will come through on this end.
I have to say, I'm giving two stars only because the guys were so nice. But nice does not equate to properly trained movers, and these guys clearly were not. And now I am incredibly upset I trusted this company with my stuff.
