This was my first time using a moving company and they were amazing! CJ and Sam were super helpful and patient and willing to help out as much as we needed. I would definitely recommend and book again. It was also super affordable. I hate moving but this made the process worth it!
Michael and Jackson were absolutely phenomenal!! They moved all of my stuff quickly and efficiently! They went above and beyond to help move things in the home. I cannot recommend this company and these two movers enough! Thank you so much!
Update: After my review, I was asked to contact the company. I emailed the address given with pictures and a video. It has been a week and I have heard nothing from them about the damages the guys caused. This is my honest review. I was not contacted by the company afterwards to ask how things went other than texted and asked to leave a review. We used Undergrads for our move on 3/29/25. I will say that most of the guys worked really hard, but we did not come away without some damage. We bought a new house (just finished being built) and we have scuff marks on our walls (fresh paint), scratches on our floors (brand new) even though we reminded them a few times not to slide the furniture on them. Our headboard was dropped on concrete and was scratched… it landed on a glass top table that was shattered. The power cord for our elliptical machine was also broken. These guys are not professional movers. You’re spending your money on college guys and hoping for the best. The team we had was Steven, Christian, Tyler and Shane. Again, they worked really hard and got everything in. Things happen when you move, it’s just a risk you take.
The movers we had were very nice and respectful. They worked efficiently and definitely did not try to take much time that they didn’t need. Thank you to Marques and Isaiah for helping me and my sister with our move!
Great experience with Nathan and Greg. We definitely did not have an organized move set up for them as it was a short notice move and they took everything in stride. I 100% recommend Undergrads Moving and we will be using them next time we need help with moving.
