Started great up until they kept changing nurses. If you have a vien that’s difficult to find then it’s an issue if the nurse on duty is ineffective. 3 wasted visits and have to pay for it. Even worst that I have to finish the remainder of the 1 year contract!
Amazing service, clean relaxing environment. They have very comfortable recliners and give you oxygen to breathe in during your treatment. Nurse was very professional and got me on the first attempt. Definitely not your every day type of procedure but would definitely go back next time I’m feeling run down.
Walked in for my first time ever and was immediately welcomed and attended to. All of the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made the decision and process very clear, easy, and enjoyable. The Myers Cocktail made my hangover a breeze! Will definitely be coming back for more.
I had a great experience from the time I walked in. I was promptly greeted by the receptionist and then greeted by the owner soon after. They were very informative about the process and benefits of IV hydration. Also, the nurse was extremely nice and gentle. She walked me through each step, and was friendly and professional. 10/10 will (have already) recommend to friends
Signed up for 6 month program. After a month, I found a infusion place closer to my house. Also, do not like driving over the Ravenel:) But I let them know hoping they would work with me and cancel membership. They did not of course and kept charging the monthly fee. I gave the written, verbal notice to terminate at end of 6 months. 30 days was all that was needed. It is three months past the end of 6 month program and they are still charging me. I have talked to several people there and they say they will refund and owner will call me. Never happens. Had to dispute with my CC company today. Do Not give them your CC information.
