Lee is the best realtor we have ever worked with, hands down. From the very beginning he was responsive, experienced, and SO helpful! We asked Lee to help us find a home while in another state and preparing for a cross country move, and in less than a week he had found us exactly what we were looking for. Words cannot describe the service and detail that Lee provided to my family and I as a realtor. He found us our dream home and then ran point with the numerous inspectors, insurance agents, etc. while we were finishing up with our old house in a completely different time zone. I couldn’t find more positive things to say about Lee Keadle. My husband and I have spoken with Lee on and off for the last several years as we navigated our first homebuying process. In January of 2023, We were finally able to go under contract on a home on James Island. It was not an easy process, and there were some unforeseen bumps in the road on the lending side that Lee guy guided us through with patience and care. Through the entire process, Lee was available for questions and had and endless amount of information to offer us when it came to navigating the real estate market/home buying process. He is a top-notch agent who is not only great at what he does, but passionate about it. A true professional. My family and I will recommend him to everyone we know. He helped us find our “happy place.”
This review is very late but still a 100% for Lee Keadle! We moved to Charleston from out of state and didn’t know the area, but Lee went above and beyond to help us out and we found the best neighborhood. Two other family members have also worked with Lee, and had a wonderful experience as well. When we moved again, Lee made sure everything went smoothly and never missed little details. We loved working with him and had successful results every time. 5 stars all around!
I met Lee in 2009 when we moved to Charleston. We bought two houses and sold both with the help of Lee. Based on our experience, he is exceptional. He is knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, professional, well connected to agents, and gives precise advice upon both buying and selling the house. He follows up after you move and he even helped us with repairs! I got used to his A+ care and it is hard to find someone like him around where I live now. I highly recommend Lee with no reservation whatsoever. He is terrific!
