I have been very happy with the cleanings we have gotten. I am impressed that they not only clean my house very well, they also take the time to tidy up areas that I had grown accustomed to be "messy", like our catch-all table near the front door. They are very thorough and friendly and the communication is outstanding! I am alerted a couple days before a clean, left a printout letting us know what areas were cleaned that day and will be cleaned at their next visit, and it includes the names of the team members that cleaned that day, with their team number. They also have an app where I can see all of the above communication and reschedule cleanings when needed.

Always so glad to have Team 5 and the Cleaning Authority come in a refresh my home! I’ve had both the deep cleaning service and the biweekly cleaning and they do such a great job, are great with me, my pets, etc. and are so courteous and efficient. Can’t recommend them enough!

I can't find the remote to my kitchen tv. There are leaves from a plant on floor, which tells me it wasn't vacuumed or mopped. I was quoted $157. for the deep clean. I was charged twice for the cleaning. spots left on my living room floor. Not happy

The girls really took their time and are very nice. Love the bathrooms and the oven!! Great Job!!! The product the on refrigerator and microwave left some streaks but that’s nothing compare to me doing all they did. See you in two weeks! Thank you for the service you provide and taking care of all chores I can’t get to all the time. Looks fantastic!!
