James' breadth of knowledge and years of experience are beneficial in providing the highest level of customer service. We needed to secure new coverage for our home and James couldn't have been more professional, empathetic, focused and responsive while acquiring our new policy. While he was busy with another customer, he made every effort to make us feel like a priority, issuing us a new homeowners policy on the same day while reducing our cost by 25% from our previous year of coverage.
