The actual act of being in the sauna feels great. I used to love coming to sauna when they first opened. I returned after some time and ever time I’ve come since the room is visibly dirty. The trashcan had old hair stuck to it, showers have mold and dirt, saunas doors are clearly not wiped as handprints are visible, and sauna has dirty handprints as well as what looks to be old blood. Unfortunately the experience is not as relaxing when cleanliness is at question. Will not be purchasing any more sessions.
The first 2 times I went, the experience was great. The 3rd and 4th times were lacking the personal touch of the previous times. The young ladies working there were very self absorbed and displayed a lack of customer service skills. They barely acknowledged me when I arrived and were no where to be found when I was done. I only went one more time because I bought a package and was using the last visit. My last time there, a young man was working and he was a great improvement over the 2 young ladies. I've been 5 times and had great service 3 times. Hence 3 stars because the 2 times with bad service were really bad.
Went with my wife today to SweatHouz and it was fantastic! Staff was super friendly and inviting, the facilities were clean and everything was in good standing. We've been to infrared saunas before, but having a private shower and a cold plunge nearby blew us away. Absolutely would recommend SweatHouz if you're looking for a quality sauna experience.
I love a Sauna! I could literally stay in a sauna for hours without any breaks. What’s great about the saunas at SweatHouz is they are infrared heat so your skin, or jewelry doesn’t heat up. I usually have to take off all my jewelry but because of the great quality I enjoyed the sauna for a full 55 minutes without any issues. My skin was glowing all day afterwards. I love how each room has a private shower (that offered towels, shampoo, conditioner) the ability to enjoy your own music, and color therapy choice. In addition to the sauna we tired to do the cold soak, but OMG I seriously thought I died, lol. It was so cold I cannot imagine actually soaking for the full 10 minutes. My body was so cold I couldn’t breathe at first. So after trying 3 times to submerge myself I gave up and ran back into the sauna for a minute to wake my soul up. This is a nice space, with a lot of saunas so I believe you can get in anytime. I’d definitely recommend checking them out, and the price is pretty awesome too 🤩
Just dropped by SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio for the first time and it blew me away! Right off the bat, the place was spotless, creating a really inviting atmosphere. Everyone was super welcoming, especially a wonderful lady from Minnesota - my bad for not catching her name. Trying out the infrared sauna was an incredible experience; it's something I'd tell everyone to give a go. I’m already planning my next visit!
