SweatHouz exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in. I truly appreciate the attention to detail; they preset the sauna to my preferred temperature, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Each time I bring friends along, they rave about their experiences, often saying it's one of the best wellness spots they’ve visited. The employees go above and beyond, always ready to provide extra towels or any assistance needed, enhancing our overall experience. The actual act of being in the sauna feels great. I used to love coming to sauna when they first opened. I returned after some time and ever time I’ve come since the room is visibly dirty. The trashcan had old hair stuck to it, showers have mold and dirt, saunas doors are clearly not wiped as handprints are visible, and sauna has dirty handprints as well as what looks to be old blood. Unfortunately the experience is not as relaxing when cleanliness is at question. Will not be purchasing any more sessions.
I love going to SweatHouz! I did the introductory offer and like it so much I joined the unlimited membership. I try to do the cold plunge daily and the infrared sauna 4 times a week. The West Ashley location is perfect something to eat before or after as local dining options are around.
I’ve been a member since day 1 and I love coming into Sweathouz West Ashley! The privacy in each room with the sauna, shower, and TV with Hulu is such a great experience. Paige and Izzy at the front are always so welcoming and make sure I have what I need. It’s great to have two cold plunge rooms as well so I can always find a time to book (sometimes even last minute).
The staff is so beyond helpful, fun, and kind. Walking into a place and the staff smiling and happy is so refreshing! The rooms are lux and clean. Overall everything about this place is wonderful, but most of all the staff. Hats off to SweatHouz for having such a great team!
