Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had another moving company (undergrads) cancel on us less than 24 hours before we were scheduled to move. The crew at Strong Men made adjustments to their schedule to accommodate our move out. They wrapped everything with moving blankets and plastic wrap and packed both of our 16 foot pods carefully and with precision. A few weeks later they showed up on time for our move in. It was the exact same experience, great. Like everything else the experience was made better with good communication, and that goes both ways - we were very clear about what we wanted done and what our expectations were and they delivered. John was great! The pricing on the weekend Saturday and Sunday is higher than Monday through Friday. Also, I did not find that they were the least expensive moving company in the area, but they are certainly one of the best in terms of reliability and professionalism. Strongly recommend!!
The movers were detailed. They took time to remove all wall hangings carefully and wrapped them in paper before packing them in flat boxes. My refrigerator was emptied, cleaned, and taped shut before being moved. Each drawer from my dresser was removed and wrapped individually to keep it from sliding out during transport. They worked quietly and efficiently.
They were super careful with my fragile items, wrapping each item in blankets and securing them in the truck. They took the time to pack my clothes properly so they wouldn’t get wrinkled. They delivered everything on time and helped me unpack a few things when I got to my new home. The whole experience was quick, easy, and hassle-free.
We used STRONG MEN MOVING this past weekend and were extremely impressed. From the first call to set up the move and the entire day of the move, the communication was spot on. Our movers were skilled and friendly, and they worked really hard! Thank you for your great service!
I had a lot of small boxes with various items, and the movers were so organized. They labeled each box clearly and grouped them by room, making it easy to find things later. They asked me if I wanted certain boxes to be more accessible, and they made sure those were loaded last so they could be unloaded first. It was very helpful.
