First time homeowner here, and I want to say Spire made replacing my roof way easier than I thought it would be. I called them up, they gave me an estimate (lower than the competition mind you), and then a couple days later I had a new roof! Start to finish, they had the old stuff off and the new stuff down in less than a day. The staff was very professional, workmanship looks great, and there was zero mess left behind. Cameron and Ben are very professional and great to work with!! Their team replaced our roof in one day! They also did an excellent job cleaning up. I have yet to find one leftover nail in our yard, which is important to us because we have two dogs. They also did much needed siding repairs around the roof area for us. I highly recommend Spire Roofing!
We are thrilled with our experience with Spire Roofing. First, we had a job that other roofers did not want to take, as it involved fixing a badly installed roof (other roofers would only agree to replace it). Sean and Erik carefully explained the costs and benefits of repair vs replacement and worked with us to develop a repair plan that met our needs and schedule. Simply put, they were willing to work with us more than other roofers were. Second, they came promptly and worked quickly and the final product looks excellent. Third, on the day of repair work we asked if we could add to the scope of work some removal of improperly installed overhang. Rather than balk at the request, Sean said no problem, removed the overhang at no extra cost, and cleverly incorporated the salvaged wood into the other repairs so that it would match the rest of the roof. What's not to love? We will be using Spire in the future and recommending them widely.
