Stopped for lunch, it was quiet. It has an active theme with a stage, dance area, and TV's for sports. The food was BBQ, I had the Brisket Philly, the Sauces were great, the chipotle was my favorite, served with Crispy fries. My wife had the Turkey Club, the turkey was nicely smoked and delicious. It was slow, not much activity, but saw the active theme, so only a 4 star.

Wow. Just wow, I had the half rack and pork Belly. Let me tell ya they were juicy cooked to perfectly. I'll definitely recommend it. The pork belly is awesome. But the mac n cheese stole the show everything was amazing and the greens were good too.

Had a great time with good food. I missed my turn when entering the restaurant but it was easy to do a U-turn. The building looks small but it’s bigger than what it looks and they have parking in the rear. The environment was nice, rustic, laid back. We had a party of 10 so I’m glad they were able to accommodate us. Waitress was cool and provided great services. The food was good, I had the ribs, waffle fries and Mac and cheese. Nice restaurant and I look forward to the Park Circle location opening (we drove there first but it was closed).

Was looking for some good BBQ, in particular Briscket, and landed at Southern Roots Smokehouse. After receiving a very friendly greeting and tips on the food selection; my family and I enjoyed a very delicious meal. Two of us had the plates and one had the brisket burger. Both of which were very good. So good that we ended up ordering some extra banana pudding. Overall the service, the food, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable and would defiantly visit again.

This place has some tasty BBQ from what I had. And they give a good size serving. The wings and brisket sandwich were really good and tender. I tried blood orange cider beer for the first time and it was pretty good.
