1st time utilizing Call Dad HVAC. It is fall time in South Carolina so not using ac or heat much. I felt it was a perfect time to get our 14 year old Goodman heat pump package unit check up prior to colder weather. Isaac arrived in the service time frame specified. 1 part needed replacing and he demonstrated why. Part was replaced. Freon checked. He showed me the data and what it means as well as what it should be. He topped of the freon to the correct pressures. Everything works great and I feel confident heading into winter. Isaac was very professional, kind, and explained everything. I am thoroughly happy with the service and highly recommend Call Dad HVAC.
I had “Call Dad” service my HVAC unit today and they were terrific. Kam was the technician that came out and he was informative and super friendly. He diagnosed the problem and told me what was needed to fix it and my unit is already running better. I will never use any other company again.

Kurt was exceptional in the service he provided. We had a broken fan motor and was without AC for nearly two weeks without air in August while 2 other companies couldn't locate the part (which was also under warranty) but Call Dad with the help of Kurt who also came back and put it in- and within 3 days of their first call to us- made it happen. Call Dad will be our new servicing company. Great customer service as well keeping you informed every step of the way- and returning your calls!
