Kam did a great job. He showed up on time as usual. He went above and beyond and removing a rat and surrounding material. He did a major duct work replacement in a short period of time to get our ac unit up and running. He also sanitized vents. Thankful to have him servicing our area. Keep up the great work
Kurt was great. He went above and beyond and was able to get everything taken care of for us. My wife said he made her feel comfortable and explained everything he was doing step by step. He even went so far as to take care of some loose insulation we had around our unit. Would highly recommend to anyone.
1st time utilizing Call Dad HVAC. It is fall time in South Carolina so not using ac or heat much. I felt it was a perfect time to get our 14 year old Goodman heat pump package unit check up prior to colder weather. Isaac arrived in the service time frame specified. 1 part needed replacing and he demonstrated why. Part was replaced. Freon checked. He showed me the data and what it means as well as what it should be. He topped of the freon to the correct pressures. Everything works great and I feel confident heading into winter. Isaac was very professional, kind, and explained everything. I am thoroughly happy with the service and highly recommend Call Dad HVAC.
Had a great experience! They had to come out a coupe times to complete the job but I would prefer that than just throwing parts at it to try to repair it. The tech that came out was Kam and he was kind and patient as well as thorough. Highly recommend! Overall a great experience.
Call Dad saved my family $15k after another company said we would have to replace our entire system. Our tech Josue discovered the issue was simply a faulty thermostat and explained the issues the other company detailed was a false reading due to cold outside temperatures. I appreciate the honesty and integrity.
