In one sentence: This place was an outstanding hidden gem that has become a nightmare. All of their best people are gone. We used to get our massages here on a regular basis before Covid. They brought back couples' massages so we booked again and had the worst massage of my life. We booked for a Swedish, specifically told our massage therapists that we did not want a deep tissue, then had the most uncomfortable massage and left less relaxed then when I arrived. Then, as I was paying for our couples' massage, one of the girls stuck her head around the corner to told the girl ringing us up that we had deep tissue massages (and we specifically told them that we hate deep tissue massages) and so they rang us up for the more expensive deep tissue massage. Complete SCAM. So, instead of fighting over the money, we just decided to let them have their last dollar from us. If you go here, I'm very sorry for the experience you have. It used to be an outstanding place. As I mentioned earlier, we used to get our couples' massages here on a regular basis. It has definitely changed ownership and they have turned it into a nightmare. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! ALL THE BEST PEOPLE HAVE LEFT. Now it isn't even worth $20 per hour. Good luck.
The staff here are awesome! Hubby and I got a couples massage, amazing ❤️. I followed up with a facial. This is my Spa of choice. Relaxation room is just that relaxing 😎 definite recommend.
I just showed up to my appointment with Jackie & the entire building is closed for water damage. No call or anything from them so I have no idea what happened or when I’ll be able to reschedule.. Jackie is an amazing body worker so I’m super sad right now!!
Terrible booking process. I called three weeks ago to book the Two Girls and a Spa package. Was told they have to get back to me because they have to confirm whether they can schedule a second nail technician (that should have been my first red flag - why offer a service that requires two if you only have one). The gentleman with whom I spoke said they would get back to me the next day at the latest. After not receiving a response by the following week, I called back. This time, I was connected to their voicemail, which promotes a text service to have questions answered. I posed my question via text and the response said to keep it simple, it was a bot. So, I simply requested a call back. Nothing. I called again yesterday morning, left a voicemail message, texted the bot requesting a call-back. Nothing. I was open to other services if they couldn't secure a second nail tech, but, clearly, they must not need the business.
Had several amazing massages here . Love the location! Great atmosphere & employees are very accommodating. Nice lounge area, massage chairs , & heat wraps for relaxing!! Best Spa experience ever!!
