I was treated in a very respectful way. Dr Lowery is an exceptional & respectful physician. The atmosphere was calm & serene. It was a nice ,first time visit .
Dr. Lowery and his team have been really wonderful. They have helped with a painful situation recommended surgery and I have mended quickly and am now relatively pain free. Top notch group of folks!
MDs are knowledgeable and very nice. Would be nice if they had an online/automated method for filling out patient information. Just while I was there, 2 of us were in the waiting room with broken arms/wrists and filling out several pages of forms with your non dominant hand is an easily avoidable struggle. Reception also seemed to be entirely unbothered by people’s inconveniences due to injury. Just a thought if you’re planning to make accessibility improvements. 😊
Dr Lowery and his staff are very professional and personal, answered all my questions and concerns. I recommend them highly.
I have seen Dr. Lowery twice now and I will continue to go. I called his office last night to see if there was any chance I could get seen this morning or tomorrow. His receptionist wasn’t sure if he would, but she left a message for his nurse and told me they would get back with me. By 8:20 this morning I had an appt for 9am. I got in and out in 30minutes. The ladies at the desk were fantastic and very friendly which was a pleasant change after my first visit. Dr. Lowery himself was very pleasant as always and was willing to answer all my questions. As I said earlier, he’s going to always be my first choice.
