Was happy with the inspection and agreed to pay for routine repairs which 1) the company recommended and 2) were applied to a roof that was within its useful life and in otherwise good shape according to the inspector. Unfortunately the repair has not held up over the last couple of months and when I contacted them I was told they don't warranty their work and they aren't taking new projects. Might be good for complete roof replacement but would look for other options if you are experiencing a leak or in need of a repair.
Have not used this company yet. John showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the attic area and discovered existing leaks, but due to weather conditions (raining) could not do the roof inspection. He is a very professional gentleman and left an excellent impression on us. We’ve made a new appointment when he’ll come and do the roof inspection and provide us a proposal to install new roof. If we end up using this company, I’ll be able to provide a more comprehensive feedback. Update: They have finished the job now and we’re very happy with their professionalism, quality of work and service orientation. Highly recommend them.
Roofing USA was fantastic! They came out and gave quote, then scheduled service date/time and completed the work perfectly. Great communications and service all along the way. The workers were absolutely wonderful and friendly and advised of work status and completion. They were very friendly and nice. Will definitely use them again.
Prior to the inspection I read the reviews, which were quite favorable. The tech was prompt, efficient, and very professional. However, what was most impressive to me was his honest assessment of my roof. Unfortunately there are other companies who would have provided false information in order to make a sale.
Initially was pleased with the Roofing USA inspector, nice person. They did the inspection and helped me with the claim. Two days before the adjuster was set to arrive, I was told "due to unforeseen circumstances, we are ceasing operations effective immediately" That's it, no further explanation. I called, left a message, sent a text and was ignored. This isn't just an "inconvenience", this is serious, this is fooling around with people's property and homeowners insurance. No use in my calling to discuss the issue, I've already tried that. Pretty sure that's just a ploy to make this company appear like they're "trying" anyways.
