Good BBQ, Can give it a try! I came in with high expectations thanks to all the buzz — and while the BBQ was good, it didn’t quite blow my mind. The pulled pork was tender and smoky, and the sauce had a nice tang, but honestly… I’ve had better in less-hyped spots. Ribs were solid, and the sides were decent — not life-changing, just good. Corn bread was nice. The vibe is cool, fast-casual with a local feel, and the staff was friendly. But for all the attention this place gets, I expected something a little more memorable. It’s worth a visit if you’re nearby and craving BBQ — just don’t expect a religious experience. This isn’t the holy grail of smoked meat, but it’s a respectable stop in Charleston.

4 stars 4 for reasons 1. The brisket was good, flavorful, fatty, tender and tasty. Corn bread is delicious! The coleslaw was good. The fries are fantastic and crunch 2. Customer service is awesome here! Everyone so nice. There’s always someone that comes by to ask how everything was. 3. Good portion for what you’re paying! I was full at the end. 4. Cool atmosphere and cozy. Minus 1 stars for 2 reasons 1. The brisket and pork was kinda dry compared to Lewis bbq. 2. Flies are rampant here especially if you decide to sit outside.

staff was super friendly and attentive. I had 3 combination dish brisket had a great taste, however a lot of fat and little meat. spareribs had a good taste. pulled pork was disappointing. mac and cheese was great. baked beans were a bit too sweet for me. cornbread tasty. all in all it is recommended to go back. certainly the staff left a pleasant impression.

It was a Sunday and could not get into our 1st choice of dining but nonetheless this not totally disappoint!..and by the patrons that showed up after we got they knew that this place was a good place to come to. I had a baked potato that presently I can't remember the name of, but it was really good and may have been great if it had been a bit warmer. I also had a cup of chili made with brisket that was awesome and went very well with my bud light. The Mac and cheese that I ordered on the side was absolutely the bomb and could have been eaten as a meal by itself if I had ordered more of it. My wife had a BBQ rib sandwich, which she found very good as well . The outdoor dining was good and kept clean and tidy, especially for a beautiful day like that day that brough lots of people out.

One of the best tasty “Smoked BBQ Ribs” the smell and flavor was perfect. Hush puppies were great!!! Like a quick service, sit wherever you like, walk to the counter to order, they bring the food to your table and enjoy your meal, which was great no need any tradition serving style. You feel more relaxing to eat that way. Very good BBQ here. I recommend this place if you visit Charleston
