This was my first time to this Restore location and I had a great visit. I was warmly greeted at the door by Sophie and staff. All were happy to see me which makes new clients feel welcome immediately. I was led to my relaxing room by Sophia who would be doing my Hydrafacial. Everything was clean and professional and most importantly relaxing. My facial was lovely made especially comfortable by Sophia. I thoroughly enjoyed the 10 minutes of infrared light therapy afterwards. When closing out Sophie had an issue with my gift cards. I believe the manager or owner,Kyle,came out to help. He instantly resolved any issue the old cards were giving them by processing them manually. I was so happy at my entire experience here and will be coming here from now on for my IV treatments and future Hydrafacials!!! Thank you Restore Mt.Pleasant!!!!
