Renzo is a sublime example on how to run a restaurant; from the exceptional quality food to the impeccable service. From the hostess, efficient servers, and the chefs who craft each pizza like it's their very last. Seriously, each of the pies they put out look like pieces of art. I cannot recommend them enough!

Came for an early dinner with some friends before a show and was not disappointed. Located in a little pocket sort of near Hampton Park, expect to spend a minute circling the block to find parking. Renzo is unassuming but light and bright in a corner spot with tables and booths and a normal bar. We were early enough for unexpected Happy Hour specials (on a Saturday) and took full advantage - meatballs and discount cocktails. Meatballs were soft and moist and flavorful with 4 per order. Miso were better than the Roman (strong sauce with almost raw garlic) but we liked both. Drinks were all solid, from Happy Hour on. Get the guava-lychee drink. The rest of the menu is split into pizzas and not pizzas and we picked a few from both. The Caesar and most other dishes are perfectly portioned for one or to share amongst a table of four. We ended up having the Caesar, two “not pizzas”, the two orders of meatballs, and two pizzas and it was perfect for our group at a great price. Some dishes were a split like/don’t like (lemony potatoes & desserts), but as a whole we didn’t have a bad bite. A great spot for a little less than a la fancy pizza & pasta dinner, Renzo delivers.

The food was delicious! Hands down the best ranch dressing I've ever had. The caesar salad and the empanadas were great starters and we really enjoyed the Kevin McAllister pizza! Definitely would recommend

First visit. Good happy hour specials ($5 lager), pizza very good, meatballs too salty, took them off our bill . Great vibe. We all said we would return!
Parking typical Charleston 😩

So delicious! This is not your usual pizza joint, they make the most unusual combinations of flavors that no one else dares to do and you will be happy you tried it. If you really want, you can "make your own" but trust them, at least once.
Their Korean fried chicken will make you forget it's an Italian restaurant and the Caesar even has nuts and sunflower seeds to make it special.
They also have one of, if not the best and most creative bartenders in all of Charleston, try one of his specialty cocktails, but he'll also be more than happy to fix you your favorite classic as well.
The menu is ever changing, so it's always a new experience!
