You won’t find a record store like here. The staff are very friendly and so helpful when you’re in search of a specific vinyl. It’s a fun spot to meet new people and talk about music and the impact it makes. Couldn’t recommend this spot enough! Make it your next stop when you’re in downtown Charleston! :)

Awesome store with a really great selection and lovely owners. It’s a place for true enthusiasts without being unwelcoming to beginners. Stop in if you’re looking for a particular vintage record—chances are they’ve got it!
Record Stop is a cool little store with another old-school vibe. It reminded me of the old record shops when I was a teenager. The guy working the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable about what the store had in stock. The only challenge was parking. The area was really busy due to an outdoor market the day we visited, but the location is on the corner or a street with only metered parking spaces nearby. I found an original Star Wars album set I had been wanting. It was in excellent condition, with zero scratches on the vinyl. It also had all the original advertisements included with the album covers. I was very pleased with the purchase and will come back to visit the next time I'm in Charleston with my family.
