I had really bad IT band pain from running while I was training for a marathon. I worked with Josh and he helped determine where weaknesses were in my legs and helped me really strengthen them. I went to PT on Tap once per week for about a month before my race, along with at-home workouts targeting the same muscles, yoga and warmed up better before runs, and was able to run my marathon with ZERO knee pain. Thank you so much Josh!! 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Isaacks has done an incredible job this week helping me through my shoulder injury. I have seen several physical therapists this year but saw more overall results in just a few sessions with Josh than all of the other practices combined. Highly recommend PT on Tap for excellent service and an amazing place for recovery.

Don't be dumb...choose PT on Tap. This is coming from a tired blue collar guy that dislikes most things and does't write reviews...but here we are. I am a 185lb., 6'0", decently in shape 39 year old. Also husband, father, small business owner, Army veteran, career fire, and blah blah blah... My point being is I've been rode hard and put up wet. When I first went to Josh, I was to the point of giving up and beginning to accept that the only way I can keep physically doing things the way I've always done them, then there would just be an ever growing level of pain I'd have to endure. My shoulder and back were just "done" after over two decades of ignoring or compensating for injuries sustained earlier in life. I was fed up with "PT" facilities because I was thousands of dollars in the hole with nothing to show for it...plus I was sick of going to those places and being the only one dressed appropriately for a training session (unless khakis and polos are your preferred training attire). The first thing Josh did, after a full sit down evaluation, was check my current capabilities. Then he explained the differences in the pain, lack of mobility, poor stability strength I was experiencing in certain places during particular movements and how these deficiencies are corrected. After that, it was off to the races. The big thing for me was regaining my old confidence. In just a couple of weeks, Josh had me athletically moving weight like a mule on meth, which I thought I would never do again. After a few weeks of working with Josh, not only was I again able to jump all nimbly-bimbly from tree to tree, but most of all, I could do my job to MY standard and then go home and play with my daughter all weekend while not ending the day in so much pain that I can't move the remainder of the night or the first few hours of the next day. Not only did Josh get my pain to subside and the areas of concern to get stronger, but my full body strength, stability, mobility, and endurance also improved. If you let him (or ask him to, as in my case), he will "humble" you very quickly in the training room. Look no further...PT on Tap is the only choice. Side note: The facilities are second to none. I'm actually still surprised they allowed a degenerate like myself to come inside. It is not an open gym, so there isn't anyone filming their Only Fans promo on the chest press machine. Baseline is very clean and LOADED with all the proper gym equipment anyone could ever need. Everyone at Baseline is dressed to train...and that is what they do...TRAIN.

Josh is an exceptional physical therapist who treated me after I injured by low back. From the first session, it was clear I was dealing with a professional who was not only highly educated, but incredibly intuitive and skilled in his practice. After the first few sessions, I had a dramatic reduction in pain, and today I have none. He helped me to build confidence and has motivated me to keep up with my exercises diligently. He is a good listener and incredibly kind. Thank you Josh!

Best PT I’ve ever seen! Josh listens to your goals and is an expert at creating a personalized treatment plan. I’ve had back pain with lifting for a while and Josh really helped me overcome it! He gave me endless advice and strategies to improve my form and strengthen around my spine. I can now lift heavier without pain! Highly recommend for all your PT needs!
