Through her extensive work she has pinpointed the problem and created the plan to help me heal and be pain free. Kianna sets realistic goals based on my needs. I look forward to each session because she is so friendly, funny and calm. She challenges me and definitely makes me sweat but also really stays in tune during the whole session.
