We had a great experience with Port City Roofing. It was easy to get a quote, we chose our shingle color and since I was having a hard time choosing, Shaun provided samples which helped. We scheduled and our 2500 sq ft house only took a day. They did an excellent job and the team was very thorough. Our roof looks great!

Sean, top management position at Port City Roofing, finally came over to my 1910 downtown Charleston house to check on leaks after I complained for well over a month. His roof work was still under warranty for at least another year. He promptly assured me he would send his crew back (5 times overall within another 3 months) as there was plain evidence of a serious situation above my laundry room. He finally quit responding all together. I had another professional assess situation only to find that a cesspool of putrid standing water (50 gallons) had accumulated on my roof line because debris that his crew had left behind eventually plugged the scupper hole meant to drain that very roof section. We were shocked to see the egregious lack of due diligence. His workers actually painted roof material down to the standing water and stopped without further consideration to the real problem. This is what we deal with nowadays with workers left with no oversight. Nobody cares. And we will not be hiring Port City Roofing ever.

Call Port City Roofing for all your roofing needs. Great customer service and fair pricing. I had a leak on my roof. I called Shaun on a Tuesday, he came out to access the roof on Friday (he would have come out that day but no one was home) and fixed the leak on Saturday. You can’t beat that for customer service!

So pleased with the whole process. So professional and so fast! One day turn around on our house! Also pleased with the clean up of my yard afterwards. Very respectful and kind. Highly recommend! Very happy. Just had gutters added to our new house. Great experience. Very professional and everyone was so nice! Gutters and downspouts are a perfect match to my new house.

I initially left a these guys left a negative review as I had a tough time getting my tin roof to keep out the water even after they coated it three times. I went back to them to have them replace the roof and they killed it. So impressed with Shaun, Arturo and his team. hey came in and conquered! Tanks Shaun!
