They did an amazing job on my bouvier puppy! It was her first time ever getting groomed and she is usually pretty unsure of anything new and new places - they were so warm and welcoming and took their time and gave her plenty of breaks so she wouldn't be stressed! Highly recommend 🥳

The first place I took my rottweiler puppy to get groomed said he was “aggressive” and he had to be muzzled. I decided to try Pleasant Paws and see if he had a better experience. Not only is it easy for me to schedule him an appointment, my puppy has an amazing time. The staff is friendly, efficient, and treats my boy like one of their own! They are also extremely affordable. I can’t say enough good things about Pleasant Paws! 🐾🤎

Beware. I brought my dog to her normal grooming appointment and requested a short cut/ puppy cut. When my wife picked her up our dog wasn’t recognizable. They had shaved her extremely short and knicked her tail. Because of this, she has chewed her tail constantly. We have her in a cone to prevent her from chewing through her tail. I wouldn’t recommend anyone brings their pet to this establishment. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want your pet to be taken care of, do not leave them with this groomer.

Took my mini aussiedoodle puppy in for her first visit and the staff was so friendly & did a wonderful job! Here’s a before & after picture. I will definitely be back!

This grooming salon might be my favorite place by far in Charleston to make my Bichon Frise look her best. The team at Pleasant Paws are so kind and efficient with their time. They can schedule me within a week unlike other pet grooming establishments in the area. I love the team and I love how they make me and my fluffy white sassy dog feel
