Actually, it was the worst food I have had in a while. I have had this pizza before, and the hotel I work for usually puts in our mass orders there. But this time was drastically different. The whole pizza was extremely soft and undercooked; you could taste the flour. It reeked of sour tomatoes and was extremely cold only 10 minutes after we picked it up. My boyfriend called to see if we could get a replacement or refund (we only took out one slice). The person on the phone said, "You bought it, you paid, not our problem." and then hung up. I have never posted a review to my knowledge, but the situation was so ridiculous I had to. More than safe to say me, or the hotel I work at will not be returning.

This is like the spot for pizza. Visiting town and have come 2 nights in a row. Had 24 inch pizza and split between 4 guys and all feel filled after. The beef mushroom garlic one hit the spot. Service was great make you feel welcome and want to come back again.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with what was supposedly New York style pizza in Charleston. I paid $27 for an undercooked pizza that tasted more like a squished tomato than anything resembling proper pizza. When I called to request a refund or a replacement, I approached the situation respectfully, even saying, “I really don’t mean to offend anyone.” Their response was shockingly dismissive: “You ordered it, you paid for it, you picked it up—it's not our problem anymore.” This is not the kind of service I expected in a city renowned for hospitality. I even tried to salvage it with some seasoning and a stint back in the oven, but it was still inedible. If you check out the picture of the crust, you can clearly see raw flour still on it. I was really looking forward to this pizza, but it ultimately fell flat.

Found this restaurant by accidentally when I walked around Farmers Market. It’s across the street of Farmers Market, attracted by the big sign of PIZZA outside when I was hungry, it s hidden in the corner. The atmosphere of this restaurant looks very comfy and neat, working people are nice and friendly, they told me the restaurant has opened 20 years ago, it’s amazing! Their slice pizza is incredible delicious the best ever! I’d like to go and have them again whenever have chance.

Terrible Customer Service – Won’t Be Back This was our first time in the area and at this restaurant. We needed something quick before our next appointment, so we decided to give it a try. From the start, the experience was disappointing. The young lady taking our order was unfriendly, blunt, and made it clear with her facial expressions and tune of voice that she didn’t care about good customer service. Since we weren’t sure how long the pizza would take, we asked for it to go, thinking we could eat while walking if necessary to our next appointment. Surprisingly, it came out quickly, so we decided to sit and eat. That’s when things took a turn. The same cashier came over and told us, if we come back again, that we aren’t allowed to eat to-go orders in the dining room—then walked away. Moments later, she came back to repeat herself. Meanwhile, we could hear an employee behind the counter complaining that we were “causing a lot of work for them”. When we asked what the issue was, the cashier rudely pointed to a sign in the back of the dining room stating the policy—something we hadn’t seen. Instead of handling the situation with any level of courtesy, they seemed more interested in scolding us than providing a decent customer experience. The pizza itself was fine—the crust was actually pretty good—but no food is worth being treated like that. Even if this were the last restaurant on earth, I’d rather go hungry. Save yourself the frustration—there are plenty of places with better pizza and much better service. Would not recommend!
