Pinch was a lifesaver! I had my in-laws coming to to town last minute and I needed someone right away.. I booked the house cleaning for the following day. It was so easy and she did a great job. Highly recommend!

App is a great idea but there were some issues: 1. Person cleaning my yard marked work done before he even showed. The app then asked me to confirm completion for payment (which I did not do) but it still paid the person without my confirmation (notified me my card was charged). 2. I contacted the person and received feedback that he marked it complete by accident. He first tried to get me to agree that he could come on another day. When I asked for a refund he then agreed to come out. He did arrive 30 mins later. 3. But then only cut and edged the yard (did not blow the sidewalks/driveway). He had left by the time that I noticed. I decided it was not worth contacting or disputing. I know this is out of your control but the app really needs to allow users the ability to provide feedback on each other (if he could have been rated poorly then I bet he did the job right or at the least my feedback might keep others from working w him in the future).

I truly needed cleaners "in a pinch"! This was my first time using Pinch and it will not be my last. They were super friendly and responsive and were able to take care of a large job for me very last minute. I couldn't be more grateful! They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be using them again. So cool that they can do everything from private homes to apartment buildings!

Mother’s Day Magic A typical guy, I always wait until the last minute to buy gifts. I am the guy scrambling around in Target before I'm supposed to give a gift to someone. This year wasn't different. It was Saturday morning when I realized I hadn’t purchased anything for Mother’s Day. I looked around my house…which hadn’t been cleaned in some time and wondered if there was a thing as on demand cleaning? My wife loves it when the place is super clean…but I am a mess…so it never is. I started my google search and came across Pinch. It was free and had good reviews so I figured I would give it a try. I set up my property and went through the basic cart process. I selected the 1 day service because I didn’t have much time. Within seconds, my request was picked up. It was faster than Uber! Whoa. I got connected with a cleaner and she immediately started chatting with me through the app. She was at my house in 2 hours and had the place cleaned within 3! She killed it! We have a cleaner that was referred to us in the past and we get her every now and then, but this cleaner was AMAZING! She was less money than our regular cleaning company and she did a far better job. Any time I need a cleaning in the future…I plan to use this App. What an easy concept and it worked perfectly! And now I know what I'm going to get a bunch of my friends for their birthdays.

The app was easy to use and we had a housekeeper contact us immediately after submitting the request. Fast, easy and great results! We will definitely use PINCH again!
