ETA: Currently facing literally THOUSANDS of dollars in bills for an incredibly simple visit that cost me $200 when seen by a different practice for the exact same thing. Both are in my insurance network. This place is an absolute scam. DO NOT COME HERE. I'm in tears and I don't know what I'm going to do. You can't call the office directly. You get a call center and they can't help you. Their billing is also outsourced and the woman I spoke with there was so nice but unfortunately can't do anything to help because she also can't get to the office directly, only the call center!! Walking into this office was the biggest mistake I've ever made. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I came here for an appointment as a new patient for a nail fungus before the holidays. First let me say that the staff were all absolutely wonderful. Everyone was super friendly and happy to help. However, the building and offices are pretty run-down and kind of gross. The practice just didn't feel very clean to me. Furniture and carpet in the waiting room are dirty and worn. The doctor, while very nice, didn't wear gloves while looking at my nails or taking cuttings. There are no sinks to wash hands in the exam rooms. The furniture, walls and floor in the exam rooms are also pretty grungy. I'm kind of glad I came in for fungus because I feel like I'd be leaving with it for sure. Unfortunately I don't think I will be returning.
Dr Cawthorne was great and the staff was very friendly! Highly recommend
I'm in MUCH greater pain now than I was after becoming a patient about 6 months ago. I was sent out for a pre-op x-ray and went in to sign the pre-op paperwork. Then absolutely NOTHING. The office never scheduled my surgery, basically ghosted me. I've been checking my insurance for fraud because why else would you set someone up for surgery and then forget about them. Now I'm painfully waiting surgery with another practice.
