Dr Peterson was very interested in providing some relief caused by my herniated discs. She was very attentive. The two adjustments I received worsened my herniation symptoms and the second caused an immediate nerve irritation and additional tension along my spine, that I’m still managing two months later. If you’re experiencing spinal tension or an acute disc protrusion, I would be very cautious with forcing your body to move out of a naturally protective state. I was very thorough in sharing my injury and symptoms, and instead of starting my treatment with a less forceful and person specific adjustment, I received the standard high velocity cracking and twisting adjustment on my back and neck. Dr. Peterson suggested it was safe to continue with less aggressive adjustments but not confident or comfortable with putting any amount of additional stress on my body.
Love Dr. Kate! She is so sweet and kind. She truly is amazing. Chiropractor's do not get the credit they deserve. Dr. Kate is really good. She cares about her patients and listens to their concerns. She has also done a great job of revamping her office and making it feel welcoming and calming! Keep it up Dr. Kate
I went to see Dr. Peterson when my back was completely out of wack, it hurt to do absolutely everything. I went two times the first week and two more times the following two weeks and I feel amazing, she isn’t one to pressure you into scheduling like most chiropractors do or suggest you sign up for 3 times a week. I made a plan for what worked best for me and I schedule it now if I think I need it! I would highly recommend her to ANYONE who is having issues that needs to be seen by a chiropractor!! She truly understood what my body needed when I did not and she helped me get back to normal!!
I highly recommend Dr. Kate, she is amazing. I am a jiu jitsu practitioner, and have serious pain and issues in my neck, back, and knees. I had not been to a chiropractor since 2012, but recently visited Dr. Kate for a full adjustment. I was a little apprehensive at first, but holy cow!!! My neck and back felt completely new, and my knees even feel much better. If you're considering seeing a chiropractor, I highly encourage you to see Dr. Kate. She is pleasant, fun, and a very compassionate person. She took great care of me, and she has a wonderful energy.
