We don't trust our fur baby (Nico) with just anyone. We did our research and decided on Paws in Paradise. Nico is so excited when we pull up and absolutely loves the pool during the summer months. The staff is super friendly, and you're always greeted with a smile. They love what they do, and it shows!

Let me first describe everything as they are a company the refutes negative reviews. 1) there is a ludicrous 6-7 month waiting period to get into the day care, they say it’s so they can have the right balance of dogs, they also don’t really do a trial day it’s just start right up. My dog has issues with larger dogs and does really well with small dogs this is something that i informed them about. 2) Great so he did his first day they said he didn’t do well with the mediums so we put him with the large I again said he normally doesn’t do great with them they said he was doing fine. Brought him two more times asked how he was doing said he was wild (nothing else) and full of energy, he has a bit of fomo so will never really not be going 100%. Today he was kicked out cause he got aggressive with another dog, and informed me that they’ve been telling me this all along the manager is great she had notes that described this. However not a single staff member ever said a thing to me about this telling me my dog is wild but he had fun is not a description of him having problems with the other dogs they said that’s the logical conclusion I should of reached from that. The staff went on to lie to the manager and Said that they’ve been telling me that he’s had problems, they did not if they had I wouldn’t of continued to bring him and put him in that situation. No one would but they stand by that they’ve told the truth. And I know the owner of this will refute what I am saying and stand by their employees like any good owner would do, but pull the cameras my transaction at pickup were less then 5 minutes and there was never any discussion. Because there is a 6 month waiting period for this place it won’t matter if you’re thinking of bringing your dog tomorrow because you’ll have to wait 6 months. Yes they’ve won a bunch of yearly awards for the best day care but ask yourself have you ever voted for those things? Probably not so who is?

Unbelievably appalling customer service. I have been a faithful customer here for four years. This morning I took my dog in for grooming and was told that they wouldn't take her because her Bordetella vaccine was recently expired. I said I wish someone would have notified me because she is up to date but I didn't know they needed updated records. The front desk person told me that they absolutely would NOT make an exception and proceeded to give me a lecture about how she could get kennel cough and/or infect the other dogs. She had gotten vaccines out of state while we were traveling so I went outside to look and see if I could find the records on my phone and couldn't. I went home to look for them and ran out of time because I had other appointments for the morning. To complicate matters I'm in the middle of moving so my office is a mess. I explained all of this. The manager called and left me a voicemail accusing me of lying and said if I had just been honest they would have made an exception and taken her for her grooming this one time. Which is exactly opposite of what the front desk person told me. This fiasco made me late for my other commitments, not to mention I desperately needed my dog groomed before going out of town. And to top it all off, they actually charged me a cancellation fee which is equal to half the cost of the service!! And they charged it to my credit card on file after I told them I didn’t agree I owed I since they cancelled me! Businesses that treat their customers like this deserve to be out of business. Stay away!

I would give them no stars if I could. Terrible customer service. If they treat humans that way, heaven only knows how they are treating the dogs in their care. Response to response: YOU said ‘flea infested’ when I specifically told you they were not, but had been exposed to an area that apparently had them. Obviously my dogs are on preventative, but as a good dog owner would/should, I wanted to rush them into a bath to ensure it didn’t become a problem. Do your research: most preventatives kill fleas AFTER they bite. If I can save my dog from that discomfort, why wouldn’t I?! Woof Gang, on the other hand, understood the importance and rushed me in, and confirmed there was NO infestation. You weren’t even decent enough to call me back. You made your decision via a text message. Shame on you and your company. You all are such absolute liars, if you knew me at all you would know I put my pets before my own needs. In fact I am the person people call when they need help, advice, etc. for and/or with their pets. I told you I went to a park earlier that week, just a couple of days before I called you. I only learned THE NIGHT BEFORE I CALLED YOU that there was a problem. The urgency of my call to you all was SO my furbabies wouldn't have to suffer with the itching. ESPECIALLY while I was planning to go out of town. I literally stopped everything I was doing to take care of them the minute I learned of an issue. Regardless, you'll say what you need to in order to clear your conscience. FOR READERS OUT THERE - DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. CALL WOOF GANG OR SCENTHOUND. BOTH OF WHOM WERE HAPPY TO FIT ME IN AND COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD THE TRUE REASON FOR MY SENSE OF URGENCY. Literally any true pet owner knows fleas are possible, even if your pet is on treatment. The trick is staying ahead of the issue. Hence my urgent call to this TERRIBLE business. Good luck to the pet parents out there trying to do whats best for their furbabies.
