Fun experience. Any person of any age would enjoy this tour. The USS Yorktown is the centerpiece of the museum. If you decide to visit the inside of the Yorktown, be aware that there are some very steep staircases and small spaces, especially for those who are claustrophobic. The 'Vietnam Experience' was also worth a visit. The 'Tet Offensive' simulation was crazy, intense.

Bought tickets online, started off by going through the gift shop which is typical for these types of things. Went through and did a self guided tour of the carrier, wife and I also did the flight simulator which was fun. Vietnam camp was last and the videos are great. I know between parking and the tickets we spent a good bit but I enjoyed it

Bought tickets online the day before. I wish we would have planned out more time to spend at this site. We went through most of the first tour and then went up to the flight deck. There is a second ship and some other things to see on the ship and on land. There is plenty of parking available but you will pay for it. Highly recommend.

A very very cool museum for family of all ages! Not stroller ready, a baby carrier would work best. My 2 year old was able to climb up and down the ship. Be ready to spend at least 2 hours or more here.

Free with NARM membership. This is one of the departure spots for the Fort Sumter tour. Spent $21 to park here for 3+ hours. The museum consists of the Vietnam Experience, the USS Yorktown and the USS Laffey. The Medal of Honor museum is on the USS Yorktown. There are many aircraft to view. Lots of information. My husband and I spent 3 hours here before our Fort Sumter tour.
