This company was very responsive and addressed inquiry for service within 24hrs. There was a minor miscommunication of services needed. However, they used it as an opportunity to show great customer support and a high level of professionalism. The workmanship is high quality. Above all, I would be happy to recommend their services and continue to use them in the future.
I contacted Pat Murphy Electric to troubleshoot a breaker issue at my home. The appointment was quickly scheduled and their pricing structure explained to me up front. Joseph provided a courtesy notification regarding his arrival and arrived on time (actually a few minutes early!). He efficiently and effectively identified the issue and thoroughly explained/showed me his findings and necessary corrective actions before initiating the repair. Joseph communicated very well and was polite and courteous throughout. I’m extremely happy with the service that Pat Murphy Electric provided and will definitely use them for any future electrical needs.
Joseph and John were most helpful, informational, and resourceful in identifying the issues in my house and applying appropriate measures to mitigate the risk and ensure functionality. I highly recommend. Troubleshooting and work was done within the two hours, and they were very efficient and effective.
Josh, Joseph, and John were excellent for our EV charger install. Originally we had a much bigger job planned but they were upfront and honest about other options and we elected to reschedule portions. We will definitely go back to them for this work. From start to finish, all the staff were excellent and worked hard to accommodate our schedules and the work was perfect with extremely minimal mess and no holes in the walls, which was much more work for them but a huge bonus for us. Would recommend 10/10.
Thank you to Joseph and John for fixing the Ethernet wires in my kitchen that were accidentally cut by contractors. I was very impressed with the communication for their arrival time and the explanation of the work being done. I highly recommend them for any electrical work needed in your home.
