The teak furniture we selected is exceptionally constructed and beautiful. Looks great on our back porch. Palm Casual reps were very responsive and offered many options. The Adirondack chairs we selected were delivered quickly. Highly recommend their store!

This is the second time we have used Palm Casual to furnish our porch. Their product is well made and holds up well to our weather. They stand firmly behind their furniture with an excellent warranty. We loved working with Karim. He made the process easy.

Five stars are just not enough for Palm Casual. Not only for the high quality furniture that they sell, but also for the excellent customer service that they offer. I ordered an outdoor dining set from them, and it arrived with a minor defect. It was so minor that I hesitated to bring it up, but when I did, they were prompt to offer a replacement or partial refund. They did so with great courtesy and assurance that it was important to them that I get exactly what I want. I got a new table delivered within a few weeks, and it is perfect. I wouldn't go anywhere else for outdoor furniture. Why order something online when you can get such attention and service from a local company.
