Great experience, helpful and knowledgeable staff and exceptional service. We purchased several pieces of furniture (with customization) from Palm Casual and could not be happier with the experience from in-store shopping and consultation, to purchasing and delivery. JJ was patient, knowledgeable and great at guiding us to pieces that fit our space and vision. We have visited several other stores but left Palm Casual with no desire to search any further. The furniture being custom made locally was a nice bonus as well. The build quality is exceptional and the lifetime guarantee can't be beat. We look forward to using our new furniture and purchasing more as we build out our space. A++
We originally wanted polywood for our backyard, but my parents had purchased from palm casual & they lovee it so we stopped by to take a look. After talking to JJ we decided we wanted to support local. We got our furniture after a few weeks and it’s beautiful- JJ remembered my name and my fiances name each time we talked to him and even the day of delivery. Awesome guy and so glad we decided to support local.
Had a great experience dealing with Sam, one of the sales people. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me find just the right thing. I am thrilled with my purchase and would not have figured it out without his help. All the other staff there were also very helpful! Highly recommend!
We just added on a beautiful loveseat to our porch furniture. We previously purchased a chair, rocker and table and enjoy it so much. The older furniture, purchased several years ago, looks just as new as the loveseat. This makes the porch complete. Great quality furniture and lovely selection. Thank you, Palm 🌴 Casual !
Palm Casual are the BEST!! We purchased our patio furniture over 8 years ago and have been very happy with everything. Recently, I had 3 chairs that needed a slight repair. Palm Casual collected these, repaired them and delivered 2 weeks later at NO CHARGE! I would gladly have paid them, but this is their policy!! Great products and outstanding service. 10 Stars to them. S Smith
