I have to share my deep appreciation for the wonderful service I received from Olde Towne Heating and Air!!! They are amazing and committed to servicing their customers with the utmost respect. Cody, our tech that serviced our unit was phenomenal. Diagnosed the issue and had a new fan motor installed in a very timely manner and also worked in the pouring rain to get the job done!! I have been very impressed by this company’s performance! Also, a very special thank you for their dispatcher Angie for acting so quickly with finding the resolution to a desperate issue in 100 degree weather! Olde Towne did amazing job all the way around. I have been using Olde Town Heat/Air for years. When we moved, we made sure to have them come out and look at everything with the HVAC at our new house. Brianna was very nice and diligent in working with our hectic schedule and made sure to remind us about our appointment. Curtis the tech was very personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain some things to me with our system. I highly recommend OTHA for their customer service and technicians.

I have used this company now for at least a decade. Bought two new units from them during that time. When my upstairs unit stopped working last night, I just knew I would need a new unit again. But to my delight, only a capacitor. Jordan was on time and efficient today and even gave me a heads up as to when he would arrive. I was also pleasantly surprised that they could get to me the same day I called. This is how HVAC people should be.
