Off track is perfectly on track with making great ice cream. We loved salted pretzel toffee and the waffle brought it home with the perfect combo. Staff were very attentive and friendly and the interior had plenty of seating.

Wow!!! Amazing definitely a must see in Charleston. This is the best non dairy ice cream we have experienced. The cookies and cream dairy ice cream is amazing! Staff so kind and allows for samples 😊

Dare i say the best ice cream in Charleston? I was so excited when i saw what of a variety of vegan ice cream flavors they had! I love that they get all their ingredients from local businesses! When you first walk in you are greeted with a charming atmosphere of asugary aroma, cute decor, happy children, and the sight of waffle cones being handmade! I indeed was happy with the flavor i got which was the fluffernutter blondie, which has a vegan marshmallow base with peanut butter chunks throughout! The workers were also surprisingly calm with the abundance of loud and obnoxious children ordering. And when i was checking out i couldn’t help myself but to get a vegan chocolate chip cookie which was AMAZING! It had the perfect amount of sweetness, and couldn’t even tell it was vegan! I can’t wait to come back here and try more flavors!

I absolutely love offtrack and I go here every single week without fail and have given the establishment lots of business. If this was a few months ago I would be giving 5 stars, but things have been very off my past few visits. I completely understand how price reflects quality of product and I do think this ice cream is phenomenal. With that said, price should also reflect in service and portions. This place has been way too hit or miss as of lately. 9 dollars for two scoops. I really can’t even call it two scoops because the people working here seem to put little to no effort in actually scooping a reasonably sized scoop. Not asking for them to go over the top but they are giving quarter sized scoops here. I hope things change because I do really think their ice cream is great. I just would love to start getting my moneys worth again!

Simply wonderful. The ice cream is delicious, solid choice of flavors, and excellent homemade waffle cones. Beyond just basic ice cream in a cup or cone, they also have milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, sundaes, floats, and more! If you like ice cream or just need to cool down fast in the brutal summer heat and humidity, most definitely pay off-track at least one visit. Coming to Charleston without going to Off Track is just not experiencing all this great city has to offer!
