We had the pleasure of working with New Beginnings Construction (specifically Bradley, Todd, and Corey) for a recent project that involved redoing our floors and kitchen island, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was professional, went very smoothly, and exceeded our expectations. The team was punctual, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to perfection. The quality of their work was great—our new floors look amazing, and the kitchen island is beautiful. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship, which made a huge difference compared to the previous contractors recommended by our insurance. In fact, the job done by New Beginnings Construction was night and day better. They were also very responsive to our questions and concerns, offering suggestions without being pushy, and they kept the work area clean and organized throughout the entire process. Blake, Andrew and the entire NBC crew were awesome and just good people. Process, communication and end product were excellent. Blake was very helpful in the claim process. Friend recommended them, glad I gave them a call. Would also recommend buying them pizza and Gatorade on install day. Small token of appreciation for the guys working hard all day. So thankful for Blake and New Beginnings! Blake was always responsive and helpful; he worked with my insurance company for 10 months and, even when initially denied, worked hard to ensure the right outcome. My new roof is beautiful and up to code. Blake has been nothing less than a stellar contractor and a pleasure to work with!
New Beginnings was great to work with! They replaced my roof for me after we were scammed by another roofing company. Blake was kind, knowledgeable, and followed through on everything he said. He put us at ease after our previous (traumatic) experience. The day of repair went really well. I didn't know what to expect, and had lots of questions. I thought it was really nice to have a point of contact from the company out there supervising the whole job, instead of just the subcontractors. Everyone was also patient and kind to my kids which is really important to me. I would definitely recommend to anybody. I'm hoping to work with them again for some interior repairs.
The GC Rob Suggs was very responsive and worked hard to make sure the job was completed 100% to my satisfaction. There were some issues with materials that were outside of his control and not the fault of New Beginnings Construction, yet he never complained about working through them, he just kept at it until the job was done. I really love the finished project. What was once just a solid brick wall now has French doors and a little landing/deck out to the back patio. I also appreciated the detailed quote that New Beginnings Construction provided at the beginning of the project and the software they used to send the quote, accept the quote, and process the payment. Very professional. I always get at least three estimates before starting a project and they by far seemed the most organized and official.
