I am a male who used to be a nail biter. I have being going to The Nail Palace for over a year and I haven’t bit my nails since. Kelly is amazing. She has been taking care of them and really cares about her clients. Both my wife and daughter are also going to Kelly now also. All the staff are fantastic, Ken, Kim and everyone else. It is very clean and hygienic. I would highly recommend The Nail Palace!
**Thank you for replying to my review so quickly! I completely understand mistakes happen and based on the other reviews. My gel polish has unfortunately only lasted 10 days. I was at the salon on a very busy day and am hoping that is why I felt my gel manicure was rushed. I had to have the nail tech (who was very nice!) fix all of my nails as she painted over 5 thin layers with the sides of my nails not having polish on it. She didnt shape my nails at all and I had to do this when I got home. Despite pointing out my concerns I was left with a very poor quality manicure covered in streaks and top coat bubbles. Pictures attached are the day of my appointment. It has been 10 days and 5 of my nails have completely peeled off
I went to Ken and he did such a great job. He is very pleasant and makes sure you are happy with the style. He is a perfectionist. He is always making sure you are comfortable and asking if you want something to drink. The salon is very clean and sanitary. Ken and his team members always have a smile on their face. I highly recommend
Ken is AMAZING. I’ve had a hard time finding someone who can do a basic almond shape, black set. Really - have been to multiple salons the past two years and had issues each time. Ken did it effortlessly, was so nice, and I left so completely happy with the finished product. Absolutely coming back.
So glad I found this nail salon! I have been a regular for about a year, but I love that this is clearly a salon whose customers have been coming for YEARS. Prices are very reasonable and the quality is always excellent! The salon is impeccably clean and the entire staff is absolutely lovely. Could not recommend this salon more! Ken, Kelly and their staff are wonderful!!
