I couldn't be more impressed with Myatt Air Conditioning. I arrived home from vacation to an 88 degree house. From the moment I reached out, their response was swift and professional. They scheduled a visit promptly, and Bernie arrived equipped with the right tools and expertise. The service was nothing short of exemplary—efficient, thorough, and courteous. Bernie quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with my AC, leaving everything in perfect working order. It’s rare to find such a high level of service. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable and top-notch AC service!
Myatt for the win. I bought a place with an HVAC unit that was over 20 years old and still working but conversation-endingly loud and positioned right outside of the main bedroom window on the back patio. Bernie came out the same day I called, figured out immediately where on the side of the house it should be moved, gave me a fair price, and he and his team were there early the next morning to install new and take away old. Never thought I’d be so excited about an HVAC unit, but the new one is sleek and quiet and you can’t even hear it when you’re out on the porch now. Quite an upgrade and investment in the future. I’m doing some pretty extensive work to this place before I move in and instant gratification has been hard to come by and much appreciated. It’s also nice to work with a local company who I feel will be equally available for any maintenance needs in the future. Highly recommended.
Bernie and his crew at Myatt are excellent! We had another company tell us we needed a new AC unit and they would not fix our unit. I called Myatt Air Conditioning on a recommendation from a friend for a second opinion. I was greeted by the kindest women who had Bernie responded in 30 mins to take look . Not only was Bernie and his team able to fix the unit, were able to move parts from an old unit to the our unit and save us from purchasing a new one. They are innovative, quick and have excellent costumer service. I highly recommend Myatt!!!
Bernie just left my home and I am so so grateful. I called a few other places before him and no one could come out until the end of the week, and I’m 7 months pregnant and my AC was not working. Bernie came out so quickly, identified the issue, fixed it and was able to get our home nice and cool again. Forever so grateful!!! If I have any issues in the future I will definitely be calling again!!
Bernie Myatt is a life saver! I called on Memorial Day and left a message. I didn't expect to get a call back until the next day. Bernie called me back within minutes and stopped by on his way to another job. He had the capacitor in his truck and fixed the AC unit in minutes. His customer service was excellent, and he is a great guy. Myatt is a great local company.
