Elmer Murillo, owner of Green Apple Heating and Air came to assess malfunctioning of my furnace. He diagnosed it quickly and of course had to order parts. In the interim he supplied me with 2 amazing portable heaters unsolicited by me which kept my house toasty in the interim. He returned as soon as the parts were in, fixed it securely and tested all parts to ensure proper functioning. All options were provided as for needed repairs. He and his staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with this amazing business, the expertise, and Elmer’s forthcoming ease in explaining the process of repair. Elmer & Sally are the best! Kind, helpful, thorough, communicative…not to mention fair pricing! Employee AJ completed the last service at our house and he did an excellent job, spending a full hour cleaning the unit and system, updating me on future expenses which may arise.
