Elmer and his crew just finished installation of new HVAC in our home. His company exemplifies professionalism and is a wealth of knowledge. He explained in detail what system would best meet our space’s need and his quote was in line with others we had received. Today the install went off without a hitch and the team took great pride in making sure things were done properly and making sure to keep us informed as the day unfolded. Highly recommend Elmer!!

Elmer & Sally are the best! Kind, helpful, thorough, communicative…not to mention fair pricing! Employee AJ completed the last service at our house and he did an excellent job, spending a full hour cleaning the unit and system, updating me on future expenses which may arise. I would absolutely recommend Mura-Tech for your HVAC needs in the Charleston area!

We called Mura-Tech to take a look at our 20+ year old Ruud A/C system and Elmer & James told us the fan motor was likely the only issue causing our system issues. We replaced the fan motor ourselves as Elmer said due to the age of our A/C, he didn't feel right doing the work as it may not be the final fix and the overall expense would not be to our favor. Mura-Tech did not charge us for the visit, which greatly impressed us! Thanks Elmer and James, your honesty is truly appreciated! If you're looking for an HVAC company, Mura-Tech is your company!

Would give 10 on a scale of 1-5 stars if could! Never in 30 years & 3 states has the service been so thorough. Have 2 systems & each got their own long/detailed service report. Icing on the cake? AJ, the tech, was VERY polite, pleasant & knowledgeable.
