Wonderful experience! It was very busy. Thank God we had a reservation. Everything was top class, ambiance, service, food and drinks! And didn't have to wait long for food to come. Our server was very friendly and funny! Fried tomatoes and the crispy brussel sprouts were out of this world.. yummy,! Must try! Seafood grits and low country bouillabaisse tasted great as well! High quality seafood.. worth the money!

Starters were great! Really enjoyed their take on southern cuisine. The seafood over grits… seafood and sauce was fantastic! But there were a lot of grits! The fried chicken was a great comforting dish.
I do think we got the new server. At every table we heard servers explaining dishes and making recommendations. Ours just handed us our menus, got our drink orders wrong. Brought the wrong wine and wrong soda. And couldn’t make any suggestions on dishes. Maybe more training?

We went in for lunch before flying out. The restaurant is beautiful and clean. The service was good. The staff was friendly and the waitress attentive. The bread they bring to the table is so delicious. I ordered the BBQ shrimp and grits, my husband ordered the shellfish over grits and my daughter ordered something off the specials menu. The food was hot, savory, and the presentation was beautiful.

Great place to sit down and eat in Charleston! Great menu selection, we had really great service, and a really nice dining room. Our two appetizers—pimiento cheese and fried green tomatoes—were very good. Pimiento cheese literally rocked my world. The fried green tomato was accompanied well and was a very balanced appetizer. We got two entrees to split. The short rib stroganoff was very good, with what tasted like fresh-made noodles and very tender short rib. If anything, it may have fell a little flat in salt, but otherwise a very good dish I would recommend. Bouillabaisse had a great medley of seafood. For the price we thought this could have been more flavorful.

Definitely have reservations as this place was packed on a Monday night!
Excellent service, and the dishes were on another level. The fried green tomatoes were so good I ordered another! Tried their glazed pork chop with Mac and cheese, swordfish, the down south fried eggroll, scallops, crab cake, and crispy Brussel sprouts.
Also a perfect romantic spot to propose as we saw a couple from Florida get engaged. Beautiful meal and memories.
