So very grateful for Laura Sapper and Jordan Paul. We came to Made 2 Move after traditional physical therapy stalled my son’s progression for return to sport after major knee surgery. Laura’s expertise with ACL rehabilitation was awesome and working 1:1 was just what he needed. Therapy was in a well-equipped gym setting and all the staff at the facility was very friendly. Jordan was very thorough and worked with him on and off and specifically made sure to adjust workouts or add movements to meet him where he was. Both Laura and Jordan noticed I was having issues with my back so I also started therapy. Jordan helped me with my chronic low back pain and I’m now back to doing what I love both in and out of the gym. We can’t thank Laura, Jordan and Made 2 Move enough. Highly recommend!
Made 2 move and Jordan were amazing!! I am a very active person between my workouts and my job! I came in with weak hip flexors and she new exactly what to do and how to challenge me with exercises, mobility, and stability. Jordan is very outgoing and will challenge you which I am very grateful for. She is very friendly and motivating even when the exercises she provides get tough. I am glad to have had her as my PT and I’m even more happy to have her as a friend. Thank you made 2 move and Jordan for helping me move without pain.
I have been dealing with shoulder issues for years that have limited my comfort and ability to workout. I have tried going to other physical therapists before but have never really had much success it alleviating the issues. Dr. Rachel Heller was different and actively worked with me to figure out the underlying causes and create a plan that finally helped with the pain and discomfort. She always made sure to check in with me about my progress and update my workout/treatment sessions accordingly so I never felt like I was stagnating in my recovery and improvement. After working with her I feel far more comfortable in my shoulder and am not worried about pushing myself in workouts anymore.
Dr. Rachel Heller helped me strength train and run again after a broken foot. I was so scared to push myself and I didn’t know if I was doing the right thing or the wrong thing. She helped me understand pain and how it can be a critical part of the healing process. Now I am running and strength training and doing everything I was able to do before my break. She is so intelligent and really knows her stuff - I couldn’t recommend her enough. She’s also just overall a kind and fun person and I always looked forward to my appointments. After four years of struggling with chronic back pain and trying everything in the book to fix it I finally found Rachel. She truly guided me toward moving pain free again (*Knock on Wood*)! Rachel’s expertise, encouragement, and personalized approach gave me the confidence to stop second-guessing the simplest movements and helped me retrain some bad habits my body developed to compensate for my injury. She didn’t just address my physical limitations; she took the time to understand the mental toll of four years of pain, offering solid advice at the start of each session to ease my frustrations. Now out on my own again (Miss you Rachel!) - it’s incredibly reassuring to have the tools and routines she created to manage and calm them. It feels amazing to be back in the gym, functioning daily without pain, and, most importantly, to be able to play with my kids without hesitation. I’m endlessly grateful for her guidance and support.
