My family and I had the smoothest move yesterday from Mount Pleasant to Johns Island. The team was on time, efficient and honestly just fun to talk with, which is needed sometimes in a moving situation. They had great attitudes and I would recommend this company to anyone in Charleston looking to move!
I have used Low Country Moving in the past. We used them again this past Monday. They provide excellent service and they are very affordable. I recommend them to everybody and also recommend them to realtors.
Almost 3 months later a random charge on my credit card for $65. Checked e-mail and they sent an invoice for a parking ticket their drivers got. Street parking is legal. They didn‘t even provide a copy of the ticket, so even though their drivers made the mistake, why should I pay for it? I regret giving the tips we gave. Obviously disputing this charge. They also said it was in the document I signed. Nothing in the document talks about this. The closest thing is a reference to "Exhibit D" which was not a document I signed. In response to your reply, 930 Morrison has a gigantic outdoor parking lot with direct access to the elevator in the garage. There was no need to obtain a permit, therefore the decision to park on the street was a poor decision by your team. I don't even know this ticket is real, or even related to my move since a copy was not provided. Please refund the charge. I also never gave authorization to keep my credit card number. A good business would contact the client, explain the situation, provide a copy of the ticket, and give the client the opportunity to explain why a permit wasn't needed.
Johnny, David & John came this morning to move us out of our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. They moved all of our belongings into a storage facility until we get situated in our new location. I am so happy with the work these 3 men did! They were absolutely FANTASTIC! They were super friendly, worked great together and we were completely moved out in an hour. They even moved our washing machine. They were really affordable as well. Well worth every penny! I am so happy we decided to go with low country moving specialists for this move and highly recommend them for anyone!
