So cute, so good! Did not get enough pictures of the inside.. I only got one picture unfortunately.. We sat up at the bar which of course I did not have a picture for that.. We had 3 different items on their menu they were all so beautifully presented & delicious!!! Can't wait to go back to try more!
We unfortunately had very poor service at Little Palm last night and they lost a good amount of sales because of it. We had a reservation for a party of 8, so it's not like they didn't know how many restaurant staff they needed. I'm not sure if they didn't care because it's a set 20% large party gratuity or what. Drinks and food took a very long time to arrive. We ordered a second round of drinks during dinner and additional food that never arrived. We got tired of waiting and ended up just asking our server to cancel the additional food and drinks (I had to get up from my table and walk through the restaurant to find her as there was very little attention paid to us). My chicken croquettes didn't come with any dipping sauce which I kind of thought didn't make sense. My friend said his salad was pretty small and underwhelming for the price. Anyway, I still love the drinks and vibe at little palm, but i would not go with a large party. It's fine to go there on a date and sit at the bar so you can get the bartender's attention. Just think twice before you go as a group. Also there are a ton of other fees added on to the bills. Your check will end up being 40% over menu face value.
Very cute atmosphere- perfect for the day time as you can sit right by tho e view and all the decor is amazing. Went with a large group of friends and just did apps/drinks. Enjoyed the drinks and the guac was good. Although atmosphere was good service was a little weird- just think the waitress didn’t like us which isn’t the greatest feeling and for some reason also couldn’t provide us hot water. Overall okay experience
Little Palm is an excellent place, we tried a little bit of everything and I can't choose what was my favorite, from the shareables, plates & mains, cocktails and desserts. Brice was excellent. It's a great place to eat and have a good time
A Hidden Gem – Saved Our Day After a Terrible Experience Elsewhere Our group of 10 was in Charleston for a bachelorette trip and had a terrible experience at The Wonderer Charleston, where we were denied entry despite having a confirmed reservation through Resort Pass. The staff was rude and dismissive, and we were essentially told we had to spend $1,000 to access a pool we had already paid for. It was a huge letdown, especially for our bride. Thankfully, Little Palm at the Ryder Hotel saved the day. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. The pool area had total Palm Springs vibes—chic, sunny, relaxed, and fun. The drinks were delicious, the food was great, and the service was top-notch. It was everything we were hoping for and more. Our group included active military, educators, frontline healthcare workers, and career professionals. We’re a respectful group that just wanted to celebrate and unwind—and Little Palm delivered the perfect atmosphere to do that. If you're looking for a stylish, welcoming poolside escape in Charleston, Little Palm is it. We can’t wait to come back!
