We were so fortunate to have met Lisa Patterson when we came to Charleston and began to consider a move to this lovely city. Lisa knows the city of Charleston inside and out. Her knowledge of the local real estate market here is without limits. She wasn’t out to just sell us anything. She made certain that we were heading to a good area, that construction was sound and that there were no known problems of any sort with the properties we considered. In addition to her professionalism, Lisa is very down-to-earth and made us feel like we were fast friends from the outset.
