I went to Joints in Motion for an Achilles injury caused by over-use. Natalie was my PT. She did a superb job. Due to my advanced age I thought I was through running, but she analyzed my injury, performed massage and dry needling, and gave me a list of exercises. I followed the routine and got amazing results. Natalie was very patient, helpful, and professional. I am very grateful for her help. My daughter who runs marathons also went to Joints in Motion but worked with a PT other than Natalie. She got miraculous results as well and was able to compete successfully in this year's Boston Marathon. I highly recommend Joints in Motion PT and Natalie in particular.

I saw Emily for knee pain with a possible meniscus injury. Emily is incredibly experienced and took the time to listen carefully to my symptoms and concerns. She provided a range of dynamic and challenging exercises specifically targeted to my needs. I highly recommend her!

Emily conducted my GAIT analysis and did a fantastic job. I've been struggling with running injuries for the past year and after testing my range of motion and videoing my running GAIT she was able to pinpoint exactly where I should be working on to get me back healthy. Could not recommend Joints of Motion enough, especially doing the running GAIT analysis if you're injury prone!

I had the opportunity to work with Natalie at joints in motion for an Achilles issue. I went from 35 miles a week down to nothing due to pain and now I am back to 25 miles a week.
Thanks to Natalie, I was able to identify areas of weakness to work on and get back to running again!
It was a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get back to running!
