I have been obsessed with going to classes at Jane DO! I have never enjoyed cardio, but the dance and step classes are so fun it makes it enjoyable! The teachers are all lovely, welcoming, and encouraging. And the classes absolutely kick your butt! Highly recommend trying out Jane DO.
Jane DO is one of my favorite places to take a workout class. The staff is welcoming, kind, and so talented in what they do. Every class is challenging but also a lot of fun. The music is always great and a good mixture. I would say you should for sure no doubt try one of their classes! I’ve tried them all and I would recommend any one of them. Also, I would highly recommend booking for a bachelorette weekend. My friend had her bachelorette in Charleston and we took the DANCE class as a group and it was one of the main highlights of the trip for her! It was personalized for us and a blast. One of the BEST studios in town!
One of the BEST studios in CHS (and I’ve been to about all of them!!!!!) I really enjoy sculpt, all the instructors are amazing, particularly Kaitlin and Remy. If you want a good, non-boring cardio option take the tramp class!! Very different from any other studios in the area. Love them!!!!
I have been taking Remy’s sculpt class. Amazing! She’s a wonderful instructor and helps to give modifications! The rose water spray and smell at the end is delightful! Go! You’ll love the environment, vibe and workout!! Plus the deals! The buy one get one free class then the 5 pack offer for $75. Can’t beat it. What a steal! If you’re on the fence, try a class! You will love it 😍
I love love love the classes here! They’re all so high energy, fun, and a great workout. Even when I feel like I’m getting it “wrong” (my coordination in Step class is a C+ at best😂) I’m still having tons of fun! I love the general ambience of the studio too like the lights being darker toned feels more private in a way and the back room and bathroom are adorable. Would definitely recommend classes here!
