I have been taking Remy’s sculpt class. Amazing! She’s a wonderful instructor and helps to give modifications! The rose water spray and smell at the end is delightful! Go! You’ll love the environment, vibe and workout!! Plus the deals! The buy one get one free class then the 5 pack offer for $75. Can’t beat it. What a steal! If you’re on the fence, try a class! You will love it 😍

I love love love the classes here! They’re all so high energy, fun, and a great workout. Even when I feel like I’m getting it “wrong” (my coordination in Step class is a C+ at best😂) I’m still having tons of fun! I love the general ambience of the studio too like the lights being darker toned feels more private in a way and the back room and bathroom are adorable. Would definitely recommend classes here!

Attended a private bachelorette step class here with Kaitlin. She was able to seamlessly incorporate the personalized playlist the maid of honor provided and give modifications for any skill level. She was super upbeat and secretly taught us an entire routine throughout the class building on each movement. Amazing! Then there was champagne at the end. Lovely space, highly recommend!

My current favorite local studio! All classes - dance fitness, sculpt, tramp, HIIT, step - offer a choreographed dance-infused feel, complete with a fantastic blend of the best pump up music! All the instructors are excellent! I’m so happy they came to Charleston and I hope they grow more and more.

Such fun workout classes! I absolutely love Step and Dance with Melissa. She brings such a great energy to every class and always has great music! I really like how the classes are broken up into combo and light weight/core. Overall this studio is great, I always leave with a smile!
