Our situation is definitely not the normal construction job. We had originally hired a different contractor to do a large addition to our home. Unfortunately for us this previous contractor was a scam artist and did so much damage to our home that it took Jackson construction at least 6 months just to fix all of the mistakes the previous contractor did. (And there were so many mistakes). Throughout the job, Ryan the owner of the company was extremely honest and more than fair. I actually felt bad because every time he tried to get something finished we would find another screw up that the first contractor did and we would need to find a way to fix it to be able to pass inspections. Because our situation was so bad it took Ryan much more time than he definitely anticipated but he never complained or tried to take advantage of our situation. I would absolutely choose Jackson Construction for any home improvement job and can definitely say Ryan the owner is honest and trustworthy. In the end our home turned out beautiful.

So impressed with not only the quality of their work but also their impeccable customer service that is not often seen these days. I found a house I love that they have built on another website. Ryan answered the phone and answers my questions right away- even though I live out of state and would not be a customer. He went out of his way to send me a 3d video of the inside of that home and some additional pictures. It is hard to build a house that you have never stepped foot in and the fact that he took the time to help me means so much. I will be recommending Jackson Construction to all of my friends who live in that area. Thank you so much!

Jackson construction was our contractor for our addition. Not only did they complete on time but also on budget which is almost unheard of! They are honest, dependable and respectful of individual needs during the construction process.
