I purchased the couples massage with champagne and berries on groupon which ended up being the perfect end to a busy week. We upgraded to an hour and it was definitely worth it! Niki and Veronica were fantastic! The massages were not only relaxing, but they were able to focus on areas that needed it most. I am not easy because I have extremely tight upper traps, but Veronica did so great! We highly recommend Integrative Wellness! We will be back! Great job!
Awesome location, cute interior, very well trained massage therapists and chiropractor. My 1 hour massage accidentally got scheduled for a 30 minute massage, and so they gave me a free 30 minute massage in addition to my pre-paid 1 hour massage. Great owner and great spot!
I originally posted this review a year or so ago and was less than impressed (see below)- however, I recently received a gift certificate for a massage and was able to schedule it fairly easily. They were still a tad bit difficult to get in touch with, but did return my calls. The massage was wonderful, and the hospitality and customer service were even better. I retract my bad review, well done IG! Truly surprised by the lack of quality customer service.. I purchased a Groupon over 3 weeks ago for this business, I called several times in order to make a reservation, initially left several messages (in 3 weeks, over 14 phone calls to this place.. and I only received ONE returned phone call)... After FINALLY getting my massage booked, the day of I called to verify and let them know I was running less than 5 minutes late due to traffic, (each of my 3 calls again were ignored...) and finally was answered by a very unpleasant woman, who was continually rude and resulted in me canceling entirely and getting a refund. STAY AWAY!!!
I received a massage with a Groupon. The therapist was very friendly and listened to my needs. She worked on several areas that were causing significant pain for me. However, these areas were overworked and the next day I realized that those areas were significantly bruised. The walls in the office are paper thin and the door to the massage room didn't close all the way. The lobby was very noisy and I could hear the music from the massage table. This was not very relaxing. At the beginning of the massage, the therapist left so I could undress, but took longer than 5 minutes to return. At the end of the massage, she left so I could dress and then she never returned. I went to the lobby and the receptionist was gone. I had to wait a long time to pay, until the chiropractor showed up. He tried to convince me to change chiropractors, which I told him I did not want to do. He did not listen, and continued to try to tell me about his practice. By this time, I was a half an hour late to my next appointment. The massage was okay, but I disliked the location and I felt that those involved could have been more professional and created a more relaxing atmosphere.
Not the best experience but not as bad as some reviews have been. My girlfriend bought me a Groupon for Christmas. When we went to our appointment, there was no one in the waiting room so we just had to figure out that we needed to fill out some paperwork. After waiting for about 15 minutes, a woman came in and called us to the back. We got our couple's massage which was very good but neither of the therapists introduced themselves. The massage ended rather abruptly and I never saw my therapist after that point. They had wine and snacks for us after the massage but we had to search for the right room to get them. I feel like it was a good experience but I don't know anyone's name and I didn't get the opportunity to thank anyone or ask any questions. I only wish the customer service was a little better.
