Came in for a Classic car wash ($27). Everyone was friendly and helpful. I received the greeting from every person I passed, very good customer service. Inside they have a bunch of small antiques, books, greeting cards, car items, etc. They also have a an ice cream freezer and vending machines. Seating area inside was nice and comfortable, great to stay away from the cold. The employees were precise and thorough when cleaning my car. I didn't feel like they rushed at all. They'll clean your trunk if you request it. My mats are also the cleanest I've ever seen them lol.

Great service and staff, took very good care of my truck. Got a hand wash and interior cleaned. Great job. The owner is an awesome guy. Will definitely return once I’m back for a visit. Very reasonable price and good quality. Was recommended by my parent as their go to spot.

Agree with the others who say that the service has gone down recently. Outside looks great. Inside vacuum and wipe down has gotten sloppy. Lots of areas missed, crumbs and dust on surfaces still. When I pointed it out the cleaner guy said that if I want that level I need to use their "detailing" package. I wasn't asking for someone to go through with a q-tip, just expect all surfaces to be wiped off properly. Bigger complaint is that this location isn't open when it should be. I went on a day that was 51 degrees and grey outside. It had rained in the morning, but this was at 3 PM. I called before going. There was no message on the answering machine to say they were closed for weather. If they are going to close for weather - especially if it isn't actually raining - they should leave that info on their voicemail for when people call - and include the date so we know it is current. I wasted a drive out there and I know other people come from either farther away, like Summerville. Imagine driving a half hour to get your car washed and then finding out it is closed "for weather".

Mr Perry and Stanley are such fantastic people to interact with. Their staff is always friendly and hard working, the prices are fair and any time I’m stuck going to another car was, I regret it. My policy now is to wait until I can get to In and Out because nobody does as good of a job and provides such friendly customer service.

Not sure what is going on with In & Out, but this is the second time in a row I have been there & looks like only my exterior was cleaned, not well either because I still have some dirt on the windshield. Today I had to ask them to clean the interior of my car after they supposedly cleaned it. Nothing was wiped down! Also asked for my cargo mat in the back to be cleaned which was not. I’m not even sure they vacuumed my car, there’s still dirt/crumbs under my mats & in between the seats. My car is only 2 months old so not dirty but they couldn’t even get a basic cleaning done right. I usually come here from Summerville area but will not be returning. Something has obviously changed with this car wash. They use to be worth the drive.
