Great service and staff, took very good care of my truck. Got a hand wash and interior cleaned. Great job. The owner is an awesome guy. Will definitely return once I’m back for a visit. Very reasonable price and good quality. Was recommended by my parent as their go to spot.

Not sure what is going on with In & Out, but this is the second time in a row I have been there & looks like only my exterior was cleaned, not well either because I still have some dirt on the windshield. Today I had to ask them to clean the interior of my car after they supposedly cleaned it. Nothing was wiped down! Also asked for my cargo mat in the back to be cleaned which was not. I’m not even sure they vacuumed my car, there’s still dirt/crumbs under my mats & in between the seats. My car is only 2 months old so not dirty but they couldn’t even get a basic cleaning done right. I usually come here from Summerville area but will not be returning. Something has obviously changed with this car wash. They use to be worth the drive.

Great service!!! I’ve heard about this place forever but finally used it today and will definitely be a regular. I got the whole package including hand wax for only $55 and couldn’t be happier. And Alfonzo who greeted me was fantastic and friendly. And I’d be remiss to not mention the rest of the gang - they were all super nice, friendly and did a great job!

I took my 2021 RAV4 two days ago (Wednesday afternoon), and was EXTREMELY happy with EVERYONE who I encountered here. It was my first time having my vehicle washed, however it definitely WON’T be my last. I plan to take my vehicle here every two weeks for a wash/wax service. The staff and management are the best! The staff was attentive to all my needs! The car was loaded with pollen…it’s that time of year, and they got it all cleaned off with no issues. I waited outside and the conversation was just as great as the employees. Everyone shared how awesome Mr. Perry is. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to meet him, and I must say, everything they said is 100% true! Mr. Perry is a rare gem, and he greatly cares about his customers! The management is also a step above the rest! I plan to visit every two weeks to have my vehicle washed. This is by far the BEST car wash in Charleston. I’m so glad I finally brought my car here! I don’t know what took me so long. They are above and better than the rest of the car washes in town! I promise!

I used to love coming here because there was always attention to detail. The past 2 times I have come, I have had to end up cleaning my own car further afterwards. It is upsetting to me that I am paying $60 only to have several missed areas that even after showing the employees still end up not cleaned. I'm not sure if I want to keep coming back if this continues :(
