With the new year, I really wanted to focus on health and wellness. I was not entirely sure what iCRYO had to offer so I took them up on a tour. So many different options to focus on health to enhance our fitness work. The Daniel Island/Charleston location is beautifully maintained. The staff are not only knowledgeable, but they could not be nicer! I have enjoyed all of my treatments, but the red-light therapy and infrared sauna are my favorites. I highly recommend iCRYO. I truly have never felt better!
I was a bit skeptical initially but the therapies truly exceeded my expectations and the fear factor quickly disappeared. Great experience from start to finish! Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and really cares that you get the right services for your issue(s). In addition to feeling better, I’ve also had the best sleep in years on days when I visit. Affordable options for all and easy to book. I recommend everyone give iCRYO a try. Who doesn’t want to improve their health naturally?
I am writing this the next morning after doing the red light therapy, the sauna and compression. To say I feel amazing is an understatement! The staff is so gracious and helpful and just really nice. . The facilities and equipment are spotless and very high tech. Felt very clean and safe. I would recommend to absolutely everyone!!!!
Great facility and amazing staff! Highly recommend all offerings. I particularly utilize the red light beds, cryotherapy, and the infrared sauna. These are great tools to add to your recovery regimen and I believe are a must to continue on your health journey
1st time client. I didn't know what to expect but was warmly welcomed in. Stephen was incredibly helpful when giving a tour. I had the cryo treatment. My sore knee hasn't felt this good in months. I highly recommend iCRYO.
