Staff was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by several staff members. The environment is warm and pristine. I was given a tour and then tried a few of the services with my day pass. I was constantly being checked on. I really enjoyed my short visit and purchased a membership. I am eager to see the many benefits!!!
I had no idea what to expect when I went by for a consultation. Stephen took me on a tour of the facility and after my tour, I knew I wanted this place in my life! I joined that day for a lifestyle service pass, and it is my happy place. All the staff are so warm, caring, and knowledgeable. I told the owner (who is the nicest down-to-earth person) that I just want to be here! It is so soothing, inviting, and a welcomed respite. Oh and the services are just a bonus 😉 I have been sleeping better, have more energy, and just feel my body being detoxified. Thank you for bringing this wonderful experience to Daniel Island!
I always enjoy the Cryo experience. It always amazes me how well I feel after doing three minutes at -175°. Although I am mostly a freeze and compression type guy, all of their other amenities are top shelf. Wonderful staff as well. Go check them out!
Really enjoyed my experience!! I went in for an IV and got the “Pregame”. Felt great during and after the treatment! Staff was extremely kind and friendly. Very comfortable environment, and the staff seemed very knowledgeable about their many wellness options. Highly recommend, will be back for sure!!
This is THE place for cryotherapy. I had never been and was blown away by their progressive facility and offerings. I’m reserved when I typically first encounter people however their entire staff is uniquely disarming and knowledgeable. Now, the experience of actually Doing cryo and being in such a cold chamber isn’t super pleasant but the benefits directly afterwards are impossible to ignore or deny. I felt FULL. Vivacious and energetic in a completely natural way while being a total skeptic!!! Definitely check this place out!
