This my second class at HYLO and I truly enjoy the atmosphere and the low impact classes. The instructors are great and the hot room make you sweat all your toxins! The staff at the front desk are really helpful and nice!

HYLO is absolutely amazing! I just hit 100 classes recently, so you can tell it’s my favorite place! I love the variety of HY & LO classes. The coaches are incredible—so knowledgeable and motivating. HYLO offers so many class times AM and PM, which makes it easy to fit into any schedule. Love it! 11/10 recommend!

I love HyLo! The instructors are great and I also enjoy the convenience factor of the app. The class times and lengths are great and I really like alternating between the Hy and Lo room. This studio has been a game changer for my fitness journey!

HYLO really is the best of both worlds! I love the HY room and the LO room. I have taken over 500 classes with HYLO and still look forward to going! The studio is clean, the coaches are great, and I love the energy.

As someone who just moved here from Greenville and was looking for a a new gym, HYLO has everything you need. While they are known for their classes, an open gym was important to me as well since I don’t have any equipment at home. It’s clean, never too crowded, has a perfect balance of lifting equipment & machines. The outdoor turf area is also beautiful. Class wise- PULSE and CORE are definitely my favorite and will have me hurting in the best way the next day. The instructors are fun, motivating and overall it’s just a cool vibe. It’s truly the only gym that has kept me consistent. Be sure to also check out their HERO discount if you’re a healthcare worker as well! :)
