This dining experience was quite a treat! Everything was fresh and the food was quite delicious. The staff was very friendly, and the ambiance was very southern. We read nothing but great things about this place, so it was a must for us to experience. Cocktails were creative, and whiskey or gin drinks are highly recommended. This restaurant is upscale while giving you that casual southern setting, which once was a home. Get a reservation in advance to be safe. Highly recommend

Beautiful place to sit at and enjoy the ambiance outside while in Charleston! I am here for a few days and have already came twice. The shrimp tacos they serve are an excellent blend of crunchy, savory, and spicy. Their tuna tartar was also so amazingly fresh. Oysters I felt had a little too much sauce for my liking but also to die for. Leslie and Lilly were my severs both so sweet and I loved all of the staff! 10000% recommend

Serve Tal was fantastic. He made great recommendations. Dessert was fantastic. But the food was just OK. The menu is very small so if you don't like what they have, you won't have a great experience. Check the website. I like the menu options just didn't find them to be anything special.
One of our party was in a wheelchair and they were accommodating with a first floor seat but the bathrooms were difficult to navigate in a wheelchair.
Overall, a good experience but didn't live up to the hype.

We were disappointed in Husk, we were expecting it to be outstanding and it wasn't. We started with the wood fired oysters and the shrimp dumplings. The oysters were the highlight of the meal, the dumplings were also good. For the main dishes we had the rabbit pie and the short rib. The short rib was the better of the two but neither were great.

MEGAN NEEDS TO BE PROMOTED
By far one of the best dining experiences I've had all year and possibly in life. I frequent Charleston pretty often and always end up making a shortlist of places to eat when I go. Since Eli's table is still temporarily closed, Husk was next on my list of brunch places. Several days before I made reservations for 6, however our party unexpectedly grew to 8. Although this isn't a normal accommodation for the restaurant , the G.O.A.T (Greatest of all Time) Megan was able make adjustments to accommodate our party for the afternoon and even came to check on us during our time eating there.
Upon arriving the hostess' were very personable and friendly until our table was ready. Once we were seated, our server Paige was very insightful and knowledgeable in helping my friends navigate the menu. Most of them aren't used to this style of food and dining, so this added to a positive experience for them. My best bro let me try his Old Fashioned he ordered which was absolutely amazing! The single barrel bourbon it comes with is one of a kind and very unique in its taste. I started with Biscuits and Gravy and ended up splitting it with my brother.
As a born n raised southerner, those are arguably some best biscuits n gravy I've ever had. The biscuits are solid, not out of this world, but the sausage and gravy it comes with is harmony flavor like no other. I ended up deciding to get the Shrimp and Grits for my main course, and the Mustard cream sauce n collards that comes with those cheddar grits makes it unlike anything you've ever tasted. Shrimp was nicely cooked as well. Between the amazing food, staff, ambiance, am looking forward to coming back for dinner...possibly all in the same trip.
THANK YOU MEGAN & THE STAFF FOR PROVIDING MY FRIENDS N FAMILY WITH BEST DINING EXPERIENCE THEY'VE EVER HAD.
